Cathedral windows opening onto Pikes Peak from Peak View Paradise
Teller County, Colorado

The mountain sits in the living room.

Two pet-friendly homes above Woodland Park and Florissant — architect glass on Pikes Peak, a seven-person hot tub under dark skies, and hosts who still answer within the hour.

Pikes Peak Vacations

Stay close to the Peak without giving up a real kitchen, a real bed, or the dog.

Jennifer and John host two houses on the west side of Pikes Peak. One is a four-suite lodge five minutes from Woodland Park. The other is an architect-designed glass house on the doorstep of Mueller State Park. Both welcome pets. Both are requested by email so you can sort dates, guests, and animals in one note — not a maze of apps.

Floor-to-ceiling cathedral windows were the brief. Pikes Peak does the rest. A remodeled kitchen, Tempur-Pedic primary suite, and Mueller State Park next door.

What the mountain is for.

The Peak

Pikes Peak Highway is twelve minutes from WP Paradise. Sunrise from 14,115 feet, or the view without leaving the sofa at Peak View.

Mueller

State park trails start next to Peak View Paradise — aspen, granite, and a good chance of elk at last light.

Dark skies

Teller County is certified dark-sky country. The seven-person hot tub at WP Paradise was placed for that reason.

Pets

Both houses allow dogs. Tell us breed, size, and habits when you request dates so we can set the house up honestly.
